Terms and Conditions for eSIM Purchase

Welcome to PINOLA INC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and using our eSIM services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
1.1. Our eSIM services are provided under the brand name Best eSIM Japan and are intended for personal use by customers traveling to or residing in Japan. 1.2. By purchasing an eSIM, you confirm that you understand the activation process and device compatibility requirements. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
2. eSIM Activation and Usage
2.1. The eSIM is provided as a digital product and requires a compatible device for activation. 2.2. Once activated, the eSIM will be valid for the purchased duration (e.g., 4 Days, 7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days) from the first connection. 2.3. Data limits and usage policies are specified in the product description at the time of purchase. 2.4. The eSIM is for personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes unless there is an agreement with the company.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the eSIM has been issued and the QR code has been delivered to the customer. 3.2. If the eSIM is not compatible with your device, we are not responsible for refunds. Customers must check compatibility before purchase. 3.3. In cases where the eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified issue on our end, we may provide a replacement eSIM or a partial refund at our discretion. 3.4. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as travel plan changes, incorrect installation, or failure to use the eSIM within the validity period.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. We are not responsible for any issues related to network coverage, signal strength, or service disruptions caused by the telecom provider. 4.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our eSIM service. 4.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology before purchase.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. We collect and store customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 5.2. Personal information will only be used for processing orders and providing support related to eSIM services. 5.3. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to fulfill the service.
6. Affiliate Program
6.1. We offer an affiliate program for individuals and businesses who wish to promote our eSIM services. 6.2. Participation in the affiliate program requires approval from PINOLA INC. 6.3. Affiliates will receive commissions based on qualifying sales made through their referral links, as outlined in the affiliate agreement. 6.4. PINOLA INC. reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. 6.5. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and ethical marketing practices.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. 7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to a court in Japan.
